Data Reporting Analyst

Data Reporting AnalystWe are seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to join our Customer Service Center in Pittsburgh who will provide retail store environment insights at the chainwide and store-specific levels through detailed analysis of fixture dimensions, product types, and visual merchandising standards. The Data Reporting Analyst's emphasis on data accuracy, consistency, and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential in optimizing custpmer experience through effective merchandise presentations. Responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain catalog of unit capacity targets by fixture by product type through analysis fixture dimensions, product dimension data, and category-specific visual standards Leverage fixture compositions to establish unit capacity reporting for front-of-house and back-of-house departmentsConduct regular quality assessments of fixture dimensions and unit capacity standards, identifying and addressing issues to ensure accuracy in downstream processes Perform ad-hoc analysis to support key decisions and model scenarios for consideration Identify and implement process improvements to translate complex data sets into simplified and actionable frameworkQualifications:

Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to identify data inconsistencies and trends within extensive data sets, will be key to success in this role. Additional skills for success include attention to detail, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should possess advanced Excel experience. SQL and Power BI (and/or Tableau) experience strongly preferred. Compensation: $37 - $40 per hour
