Are you a Czech-speaking professional with a passion for travel and a talent for providing exceptional customer support? We are looking for a Remote Travel Agent to assist travelers with booking inquiries, itinerary adjustments, and general travel-related questions. This fully remote role allows you to work comfortably from home while supporting travelers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.This position is entirely focused on customer support, with no sales or upselling responsibilities. You will join a collaborative, dynamic team dedicated to creating smooth, seamless, and enjoyable booking experiences for travelers.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Assistance: Provide professional, accurate, and timely support to Czech-speaking travelers for bookings, cancellations, modifications, and travel-related questions.Problem Solving: Quickly identify issues and resolve them effectively, ensuring travelers have a stress-free and positive experience.Booking Guidance: Help travelers navigate the booking process, offering clear step-by-step instructions and practical travel advice.Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, following internal procedures and quality standards.Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and supervisors, share best practices, contribute to process improvements, and ensure consistent service excellence.Customer Experience: Anticipate traveler needs, proactively provide guidance, and leave a positive impression with every interaction.Feedback & Improvement: Participate in feedback loops to refine internal processes, enhance service quality, and improve overall customer satisfaction.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a remote, multicultural environment. The ideal candidate will have:Languages: Fluent Czech (C1+) and strong English (B2+) for internal communication.Experience: Previous experience in customer service, travel support, or similar roles is advantageous but not required.Customer Orientation: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to assist travelers.Technical Skills: Comfortable using computers, multiple communication platforms, and standard office software. All necessary equipment will be provided.Adaptability: Able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Location Requirement: Must reside in Greece.
