Your Role: As a point of contact for existing and new customers, Inside Sales Support provides them with excellent customer service, understanding customer needs to build trust and loyalty, leading to repeat business and long-term relationships. The Inside Sales Support collaborates with the Account Managers to assist in managing complete sales activity from Lead to Cash. Optimal and consistent use of digital systems and initiation of optimizations for end-to-end digitization of business processes. Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems. Job Profile-specific Building BlocksMain contact person for existing and new customers. Realization of customer projects in close cooperation with sales colleagues in the region. Providing of excellent customer service from "Lead to Cash".

Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (industrial focus is a plus). Strong communication and active listening skills. Highly organized with excellent time management. Problem-solving mindset with adaptability under pressure.
