You’ll act as a key contact for our German-speaking clients and be an integral part of our international team. Lead national and international agile projects of varying size and complexity within the healthcare industryAct as a primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients as well as clients from all over the worldManage client expectations and build strong, positive relationshipsRigorously track and manage project risks, timelines, and budgetsDefine mid- to long-term roadmaps and prioritize tasks for the project teamEnsure compliance with client-defined standards and processesTranslate business needs into deliverables such as functional specifications, workflow diagrams, user stories, and technical designsCommunicate clearly with stakeholders, team members, and fellow project managers about progress, risks, and roadblocksMonitor team performance, fostering motivation and a can-do attitudePrepare regular project updates, reports, and proposals as needed and deliver presentations internally and externally with confidence and clarityYour profile:

Fluent in German at a native level, with strong proficiency in English communication (spoken and written), Spanish is a plus3+ years of demonstrable working experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a tech or healthcare environment3+ years of demonstrable experience leading agile projectsSrum Master or PMI certificationExperience working with software development teams, both local and distributed across time zonesWillingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally when neededHigh level of empathy—for both clients and team membersAffinity for technology and a solid understanding of software development processesFamiliarity with DevOps principles and cultureStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindsetA proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine interest in digital healthcareWhat you can look forward to:
