Through the Consumer Direct Interaction organization, we create and maintain meaningful relationships that provide value for consumers whenever they interact with us and encounter our brands and offering – in store, through service or online.All about the role:As the D2C Outbound Communications Manager you will be pivotal in developing and executing a comprehensive E2E outbound communication strategy for our D2C and e-commerce channels. As a Subject Matter Expert you will collaborate closely with the D2C Commercial owner, content team, local markets and other functional teams including Brand and Consumer insights, to tailor and create OB communications for various consumer segments, in line with the CRM strategy.In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning and execution of email, SMS and other OB channel communications, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and consumer-centric approach will be essential in driving data-driven decision-making. You will thrive on collaboration, working seamlessly with cross-functional team members and agencies to achieve results and deliver impactful outbound communication.Measuring key metrics will be a core aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring that the content produced not only resonates with our consumers but also contributes significantly to our business objectives. As an experienced marketer with a curious mindset, we want you to influence the business by continuously driving optimization of our tools and processes, to improve ways of working and to come up with new suggestions and ideas based on data.If you enjoy the dynamic nature of collaborative work, possess strong analytical skills, and are driven by data-driven insights, we invite you to join us in creating compelling outbound communication experiences for our consumers.What you’ll do:Develop and execute a comprehensive E2E outbound communication calendar for D2C and e-commerce sales channels, including blast campaigns and automated trigger campaigns based on relevant interactions and lifecycle key dates.Collaborate with the Content Team and external agency to craft compelling and engaging content tailored for OB communication channels, driving direct sales.Plan and execute targeted outbound campaigns, utilizing segmented consumer data for personalized messaging. Work with the CRM tool Iterable for day-to-day campaign tracking and targeting, where necessary. Work closely with the Data Activation team to develop new dynamic personalized content to deliver stronger performance metrics for the Outbound & CRM KPIs.Evaluate the success of outbound marketing campaigns by collaborating with partners from various commercial areas, and close collaboration with the Data & Analytics team to analyse performance and drive continuous improvements.Maximize engagement and commercial opportunities, understand the holistic consumer journey, including needs and pain points.Who you are:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related field, or relevant Business experience.Experience in digital touchpoints focused on consumer communication, ecommerce and CRM management in a commercial setting.Experience with creating D2C sales driving communications, campaign management and measurement of results.You have great project management skills with a proven track record of working across several campaigns simultaneously, delivering exceptional communications on time and on budget, in complex settings with multiple stakeholders.Savvy in consumer data and CRM communication tech-platforms, great presentation skills and great stakeholder management skills. Experience of working with CRM tools, monitoring campaign sends and performance.You have a commercial mindset and a flexible approach to driving continuous improvements optimisation.You enjoy being part of a diverse team of highly talented marketers, with a positive, collaborative working style.
