Analyze and evaluate RFQs and tender documents with precisionRead and interpret EPLAN drawings, layouts, and technical documentsPrepare accurate and competitive quotations for industrial and automotive projects (BMW, Mercedes, Tesla, Volvo, Amazon Logistics, Walmart Logistics, and more)Actively participate in customer negotiations alongside the management teamDraft internal contracts for subcontractors and issue purchase ordersSource and onboard reliable subcontractors and strategic business partnersSupport the business development team in bringing in new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationshipsRepresent our values of professionalism, integrity, and quality in every deal🧠 What You Bring:
3–5 years of experience in estimation, bidding, or project coordination in the electrical installation/engineering fieldProven track record of working hands-on on automotive and industrial projectsExcellent knowledge of reading EPLANs and technical layoutsCommercial awareness and confidence in handling cost estimations and contractsStrong communication and negotiation skillsA proactive, goal-oriented mindset and high work ethicFluent in English (German is a plus)🌍 Why Join Us:
