We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and technical support to our Finance and Legal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel), excellent English communication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive and complex tasks with discretion and efficiency. Russian language proficiency and experience working in the UAE are highly desirable. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive-level administrative support to both the Finance and Legal departments. Prepare, format, and proofread high-quality presentations, reports, and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments across both teams, including calendar management and meeting logistics. Assist in the preparation and collation of legal and financial documentation, contracts, and compliance files. Support the Finance team with invoice tracking, payment processing, and document archiving. Maintain confidential records and ensure accurate document filing across legal and financial platforms. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow and timely follow-ups. Translate or communicate in Russian when necessary, acting as a language bridge for CIS-based counterparts. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required, supporting broader departmental needs.
Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent administrative qualification. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator, ideally supporting Finance or Legal functions. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint (advanced presentation design) and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Russian language skills are a significant advantage. Preference will be given to candidates from the CIS region with relevant UAE work experience. Highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, professional integrity, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
