About the Role: As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Integration Developer, you will lead and contribute to the technical development and integration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will work hands-on to design, develop, and implement robust solutions while coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients. You'll take ownership of deliverables, mentor developers, and guide integration strategies. This role offers up to 75% remote flexibility, with occasional travel to Malmö, Sweden. The initial contract is for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities: Lead both onshore and offshore development teams.
Own and manage project deliverables, including documentation and test plans. Design, develop, and test integrations and custom code for D365 F&SCM. Customize and configure D365 F&SCM based on business needs. Create and review technical specifications and design documents. Estimate development efforts and review work outputs. Facilitate technical workshops and guide clients toward decisions. Collaborate on data migration strategies and overall system architecture. Participate in pre-sales engagements and mentor junior team members. Ensure adherence to best practices and proven methodologies. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Skilled in X++ development, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Power Apps/DataVerse, and T-SQL.
Experienced with LCS components, release pipelines, and deployment processes. Strong knowledge of Azure Functions, Service Bus, and log analytics. Familiarity with Synapse Link and Data Fabric updates is a plus. Minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations of AX or D365 F&SCM. Experience using Microsoft DevOps, GIT, TFVC, and version control. Solid understanding of Microsoft platform solutions and ERP architecture. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
