How You Will Make An ImpactCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgetsPerform variance analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making processesConduct in-depth financial analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancementAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentationsSupport the annual budgeting and long-term planning processesMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide analysis to track financial performance and operational efficiencyCollaborate with business partners to develop financial models for new initiatives and evaluate investment opportunitiesWhat You Bring To The TeamBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate settingStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insightsProficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgetingAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (gsheets and gslides)Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise mannerExperience with financial systems and tools Netsuite, Anaplan, and Tableau preferred (or other e.
