JOB OVERVIEWManage contract origination, maintenance, registration documents, call center and contract teams to achieve the Department’s organizational goals. Ensure sustainable compliance-environment through the efficient implementation and application of compliance policies, business rules and processes. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage contract administration such as retail contract activation, documentation, debit back and credit back, etc.
Collaborate with sales and credit departments to ensure a seamless and transparent process to support the self-payout business model whilst mitigating risk. Manage credit balances on accounts payable and receivable portfolio. Ensure that all Natis documents received are archived. Organize and maintain the safe effectively. Manage outsourced registration document service provider. Manage contract maintenance and all non-delinquent contract changes and restructures. Manage variable interest changes across the portfolio timeously and accurately. Manage and control of all Dealer related master data in collaboration with Dealer Wholesale and accounts. Manage SLA and KPI’s of the Call Centre (CC).
Manage and visit the CC site and report any challenges with DTSA Facility and Security management. Manage the performance, maintenance and report of internal control systems (ICS) controls. Monitor and maintain system user access rights and function allocated to the user role for the operations systems. Manage the contract operations supplier purchase order and invoice process. Manage process and business rule documentation. Support and facilitate internal/external audits. EXPERIENCEMinimum 5 years relevant experience in Automotive Financial Services Operations environment. Interfacing with internal/external stakeholders and customers (including dealers)Leading teams. Managing third party vendors & suppliers. Project management.
Contracts and contract law including related legislation. Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive process efficiency. Financial Contract Management.
