We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team. Based in Dubai, the ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various roles within the data center industry across Asia. This position requires a deep understanding of the recruitment cycle, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidatesKey Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing:

Utilize various recruiting methods to identify and attract qualified candidates for data center roles, including but not limited to engineers, technicians, and operational staff. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for our organization. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the job market to attract top talent. Employer Branding:

Promote our company culture and values to attract candidates who align with our mission and vision. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the data center or construction. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
