Damiani Group, one of the main international players in jewelry, is looking for a: Retail Training ManagerYou will play a critical role in enhancing customer experience and developing the sales competencies of our boutique staff, responsible for managing training programs that drive skill development, customer engagement, and sales performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the Italy Headquarters Training Team to implement and update group training programsDevelop training initiatives aimed at improving sales performance and enhancing staff capabilitiesSupport boutique staff in refining their clienteling and storytelling skillsDesign and conduct orientation programs for new boutique staffConduct role-playing sessions for diverse customer interactionsRegularly prepare reports, assess the effectiveness of training, and propose programs to improve performance and sales capabilitiesConduct field coaching through regular boutique visits to drive performance improvements and staff developmentManage and control the training budgetRequired Skills And ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience as a Retail Trainer or Sales Trainer in the luxury industryCustomer service experience in salesBusiness-level English proficiency (both writing and speaking)Intermediate or above PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience handling jewelry preferablyWork experience in a foreign company preferablyIdeal Candidate ProfileStrong communication skills, boldness, and the ability to build consensus around conflicts of interest without fear of frictionFlexibility and a willingness to change and take on challengesProactive communication and organizational skills within a team environmentA strong sense of responsibility for improving sales and customer-oriented
