Job Description

Overview We is seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to expand our organic search presence and increase qualified traffic from technical audiences — including DevOps, IT managers, and SREs. You’ll own the full SEO strategy, from technical optimization and keyword targeting to content planning and backlink growth, ensuring our site ranks competitively against industry leaders. This is a full-time role with the autonomy to lead SEO initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and directly impact lead generation and revenue growth. Primary ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value terms for target personas.

Optimize on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, H1s, schema) for priority pages. Audit and improve site architecture, internal linking, and crawl efficiency. Develop and maintain an SEO content roadmap aligned with product and marketing goals. Collaborate with content writers, PPC, and CRO teams to ensure consistent messaging. Monitor competitor rankings, backlink strategies, and emerging opportunities. Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio. Lead link-building initiatives with a focus on high-authority, relevant domains. Key Tasks by FrequencyDaily: Monitor keyword rankings, site health, and technical SEO alerts.

Identify and address high-priority issues flagged in GSC or SEO tools. Weekly: Publish and optimize at least 2 SEO-targeted content pieces (in partnership with writers). Review site performance metrics and make on-page adjustments as needed. Conduct competitor SERP analysis to refine targeting. Monthly: Perform full SEO performance review and present insights to leadership. Update SEO roadmap with new keyword opportunities and optimization priorities. Run a technical SEO audit and implement fixes for crawl, indexation, or speed issues. Skills & QualificationsTechnical SEO & Analytics: Expert in GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.

txt, and canonicalization. Proven ability to resolve crawl errors, duplicate content, and site speed issues. On-Page & Content Optimization: Skilled in keyword research, content gap analysis, and topic clustering. Experience optimizing for technical B2B audiences with complex buying journeys. Understanding of E-E-A-T principles and how to apply them for AI-driven search visibility. Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work closely with writers, CRO, PPC, and product teams. Strong reporting skills with the ability to present actionable insights. Technical Familiarity: Comfortable with WordPress and CMS SEO plugins (Yoast, Rank Math). Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript for light SEO troubleshooting.
