We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Demand Generation to supercharge our pipeline growth, revenue attribution, and brand visibility in the maritime sector. You’ll architect and execute integrated demand generation strategies and programs with clear accountability for revenue impact and lead attribution, targeting decision-makers in global shipping and maritime operations. Your work will be pivotal to driving awareness, engagement, and measurable adoption of Danelec’s platform and solutions worldwide. You will report to SVP, Marketing & Communications and be located in the HQ, Farum. What You’ll Do:
Own the design, execution, and revenue attribution of multi-channel demand generation and outreach campaigns to fuel qualified leads, pipeline, and measurable business growth. Spot campaign opportunities from customer data, sales insights, and market trendsBuild lead nurturing workflows and account-based marketing (ABM) programsBuild and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness through conversion and sales hand-off. Partner with Product Marketing to translate our unique platform value around fuel savings, cost reduction, safety and turn it into compelling, actionable campaigns. Leverage digital, event, partner, and content marketing to reach maritime audiences. Manage and build on the marketing tech stack (e. g.
, HubSpot) and analytics, driving ongoing optimization and reporting. Collaborate closely with Sales on pipeline targets and feedback, ensuring campaigns are tightly aligned to business needs. Analyse performance, iterate, and report on KPIs for continuous improvement. What You Bring: 5+ years in international / global B2B demand generation, ideally in SaaS and/or industrial technology. Having managed and/or worked closely with SDR/BDR functionProven track record building lead generation engines in international markets. Deep familiarity with digital marketing channels, automation, and analytics tools. Strategic thinker and doer - able to build strategy and roll up sleeves for execution.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Experience in industries with complex, high-value solutions is a plus.
