This presents a unique opportunity to influence and shape the people experience agenda on a global scale. You will join our global People & Culture organization, responsible for developing, anchoring, and driving the employee experience strategy and concept. Our headquarters is in Randers, but it is possible to work from other locations in Denmark. Drive People Experience Together With Process And Operational ExcellenceAs our new People Experience Manager, your primary focus will be to implement initiatives that create value through effortless and engaging experiences for both managers and employees.
You will also play a key role in building process and operational excellence by facilitating and driving process improvement initiatives—such as workshops and focus groups—across the hire-to-retire employee journey.
More Specifically, You Will Design and anchor the overall strategy for employee experience across the Danish Crown Group Embed employee experience methodology within the global People & Culture organization Develop a framework for measuring and tracking the impact of employee experience initiatives Drive and facilitate process mapping workshops and focus groups to create value through digitalization and standardization of back-end HR processes Gather and analyze feedback from end-users and stakeholders to identify improvement areas and adjust strategies accordingly Challenge existing processes and systems, analyze trends, and gather external input to generate actionable insights Drive and participate in HR/IT change projects Act as a strong ambassador for employee needs, ensuring their voices are heard in projects and process improvementsBring Your Experience And Passion For People And ProcessesYou have a proven track record of implementing process optimizations in a global context, with a strong focus on stakeholder involvement and employee experience as key enablers.
Communication and stakeholder engagement come naturally to you, and with a solid change management approach and Agile mindset, you can:
Develop and implement strategies for working with employee journeys, personas, and other employee experience tools to enhance satisfaction across the global organization Conduct interviews, focus groups, and co-creation sessions using Design Thinking principles to identify pain points and co-develop solutions Design and lead pilots to test new ideas, gather feedback, and iterate before full-scale implementation Facilitate process mapping workshops and challenge the status quo with a coaching approachYour tools for impact Hands-on experience applying Design Thinking principles Proven track record of working with process excellence tools and employee experience methodologies (e. g.
