We're looking for a motivated and ambitious freelance recruiter to join our international team and help connect candidates with exciting job opportunities abroad.About The RoleAs a Danish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you'll play a key role in our international recruitment projects. This is a remote freelance position with a strong focus on performance and independence.During your first three months, you'll receive a paid onboarding and training period, where you'll get hands-on guidance, tools, and support while learning our processes and building your candidate pipeline. After this period, the role continues on a commission basis - with no earning cap.You should be comfortable dedicating around 30-40 hours per week, as success in this role depends on consistency and commitment.ResponsibilitiesSource and headhunt Danish-speaking candidates for roles abroad Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding RequirementsFluent in Danish (native or near-native level) and proficient in English Previous experience in recruitment (agency or international setting preferred) Comfortable working in a freelance, commission-based environment Skilled in sourcing and headhunting (especially via LinkedIn and social media) Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently Passionate about helping people take the leap to work abroad BenefitsPaid onboarding period (first 3 months) - learn, grow, and earn while training Uncapped commission after the initial period - your effort defines your income Full flexibility - work remotely from anywhere Supportive and collaborative international team A meaningful role helping others start their journey abroad Opportunity for long-term collaboration Ready to join us?If you're ambitious, structured, and ready to take charge of your own success - we'd love to hear from you!
