We are residing in Danske Bank’s Business Controls and Product Management division.
We operate across the entire Group and lead transformational programmes for both Danske Bank and its subsidiaries across all of our markets, functioning as a Group-wide consultancy and transformation unit. Our core focus is to bring value to our customers and to society. We do this by e. g. ensuring that we as a bank develop, implement, and control solutions to be in the best interest of the customers and society. The roleAs a Project Manager in the Group Offboarding Programme team, you will work with several tasks within the area of programme management, governance, reporting and stakeholder management.
You will work under the guidance of the Programme Manager, taking up responsibility within the programme and its workstreams but also driving specific initiatives, where solid project management experience is essential and required. Your tasks will span from: Establishing the appropriate project governance setup together with Programme manager and project ownersMonitoring overall progress and realization of milestones and outcomes incl.
development of reports on the progress of the programmeCollaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution of the programme, identifying and mitigating potential issues or risksEnsure resolution of impediments and put in place governance to manage risks and dependenciesPreparation of management reporting for senior audiences & tracking programme budgetThe job requires a high degree of independence and a high degree of interaction with the programme manager and project managers.
You will proactively support the overall programme goals and you must be a strong team player and should find it refreshing to work at a high/executive level but also to roll up your sleeves to drive execution when needed. About YouTo succeed in this role, it is essential that you possess most of the following:
Proven experience in consultancy, PMO or project management rolesOutstanding problem-solving and analytical skillsStructured approach, ability to take ownership and ensure timely, high-quality deliveriesStrong personal drive, can work independently and take charge of driving initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teamsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex challenges/issues in a simple manner to diverse audiencesAs a person, you are collaborative, energetic, proactive, and adaptable. You thrive on tackling interesting and complex challenges. Since we are an international organisation, fluency in English is required, in addition to a Scandinavian language.
