Banking Partners & Foreign Cheques is an operational service team responsible for the administration of foreign banks' accounts with Danske Bank, support functions for the Financial Institutions department and processing of foreign and internal cheques. We work closely with our stakeholders across the organization; therefore, you will be able to utilize collaboration and creative mindset skills.
You will have an opportunity to gain experience through direct communication with our customers and stakeholders regarding problem-solving. Although this position is located in Lithuania, it offers the possibility to work with global teams in an international environment. You will work and train with a team of professionals and be able to deliver with high quality and efficiency. Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role. You will:
Open and close accounts for foreign banks, and facilitate payment processingCollect and pay monthly charges and invoices related to payments processing and account maintenanceAnalyse and process incoming messages, claims, and inquiries regarding charges, invoices, and terms and conditionsMonitor overdraft lists and perform risk assessment and managementProcess foreign and internal cheques, and verify documentsAbout you:
Previous work experience in back-office or similar roles (not essential but advantageous)Knowledge in banking operations (would be beneficial for you)High level of accuracy and attention to detailHelpfulness and willingness to work in a teamGood Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)Ability to work in a busy environment, meet tight deadlines and cope with peak periodsUpper-Intermediate English language skills (both written and spoken)“We believe that the most valuable asset is human potential. ”We offer: Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
