Shift Report/Log, production/process statistics, inventory sheets, maintenance work requests, HACCP records)Responsible for communicating all relevant operational information at shift change directly or otherwise through logs and reports etc.
Provide shift coverage backup for holidays, vacation, sick days, or other absencesMaintain good housekeeping in work areaOther duties as assignedEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1 years' experience with heavy equipment in a continuous manufacturing process environment. Capable of understanding basic physical principles related to flow, steam pressure, temperature and heating, and linear and rotational mechanical forces.
