DO YOU HAVE:
A bachelor’s degree in architectural, engineering, construction management or relevant field, or equivalent qualificationAt least 7 years’ relevant project execution experience within the construction industryExperience in managing multiple projects, design consultants, contractors, and vendors simultaneouslyExperience developing, supporting, and enforcing a culture of safety and quality control to ensure that all work meets the required quality standards and specificationsDemonstrable experience in managing site-related packages, including startup, design coordination of consultants, assisting with procurement and managing contracts on both small and large construction projectsProficiency in commercial and change managementContract administration skillsExpertise in delivering and evaluating scheduleExperience in LEED proceduresExperience in Lean Construction InitiativesWE WANT YOU TO:
Communicate with design team, contractors, vendors, regulatory agencies, corporate and support service providers as required in the management of assigned contracts/PO'sDevelop intimate, detailed knowledge of contract documents, scope inclusions, exclusions, contract deliverables, rights, and remediesPerform contract administration and perform the required role pertaining to change management, quality control, planning, scheduling, document control, contractual correspondence and safetyConduct new contractor initiation meetings (a. k. a.
kick-off meetings)Perform and manage all LEED administration and documentation in relation to assigned contracts/PO'sExpedite RFI responses and submittal reviewsPerform construction review of submittals as required for assigned contracts and PO'sPerform closeout for assigned contracts/PO'sDEADLINE: Midnight, Friday 5 September 2025
