2+ years’ experience in Corporate Finance, ideally with exposure to both buy-side and sell-side transactionsStrong financial modelling and valuation skillsProfessional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA) or relevant postgrad qualification desirableExcellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skillsRole and Reporting LinesThis position reports to a Director within the Corporate Finance team. Key responsibilities include:
