You will play a key role in supporting and executing high-profile corporate transactions, with exposure to a wide range of sectors including technology, healthcare, and manufacturing. 2+ years’ experience in Corporate Finance, ideally with exposure to both buy-side and sell-side transactionsStrong financial modelling and valuation skillsProfessional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA) or relevant postgrad qualification desirableExcellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skillsRole and Reporting LinesThis position reports to a Director within the Corporate Finance team. Key responsibilities include:

Transaction Leadership – Lead and support sell-side mandates including MBOs and divestituresBuy-side Advisory – Assist clients with acquisitions including valuation, diligence and strategic inputFinancial Modelling – Build and review complex models and business valuationsClient Interaction – Engage directly with clients across sectors to deliver tailored financial adviceSector Research – Conduct in-depth market and target research to support deal originationPresentation Preparation – Produce pitch books, IMs and sector-specific client presentationsCross-Functional Collaboration – Work with tax, legal and advisory teams to ensure smooth deal executionDeal Structuring – Support negotiations and advise on valuation and transaction structuringInterested in this position?To apply please submit your CV to Lisa Tully who is managing this assignment via the link below or to inquire further please contact Lisa on 01 9131135.
