Job Description

We are now looking for a Project Coordinator to strengthen our central Data & AI team. You will report directly to the Head of Data & AI Enablement and support the scaling of the enablement agenda across Schibsted, with a focus on coordinating activities related to data governance, standardization, and AI activation.This is a hands-on role where you will support the development and roll-out of frameworks, policies, and processes that ensure consistent and responsible use of data and AI across the company. You will also contribute to training programs, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagement initiatives, helping us embed a culture of responsible and effective data & AI usage.The role is highly collaborative and gives you the opportunity to build strong relationships across Schibsted’s brands and functions, while making a concrete impact on how we govern, activate, and scale our data and AI capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesData Governance Contribute to the definition and roll-out of Schibsted’s data governance frameworks, standards, and processes. Support implementation of best practices around data quality, documentation, and compliance. Act as a coordinator between technology, product, subscription, and legal stakeholders to align governance practices across brands and functions. Track, follow up, and report on data governance initiatives and projects.AI Activation & Training Support the definition and delivery of AI training programs for Schibsted employees. Help facilitate internal knowledge-sharing forums, demo days, and events to drive awareness and adoption of responsible AI practices. Collaborate with colleagues across the Data & AI organization to support AI-related projects when needed.Stakeholder Management & Project SupportCoordinate and drive small-to-medium projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with enablement goals. Build strong working relationships across Schibsted, enabling effective navigation of a complex stakeholder landscape.QualificationsYou have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, or data-related roles. You possess knowledge of data governance, compliance, or data management concepts, gained through formal training or work experience. You have strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries. You are proactive, structured, and able to deliver results with limited supervision.It is an advantage if you have experience from management consulting, media, or technology environments, as well as familiarity with GDPR or data compliance frameworks. Experience with AI tools or training initiatives will also be considered a plus.,SkillsYou have strong project management and stakeholder management skills and can act as a bridge between data and business — understanding data well enough to engage with technical teams while also being able to extract insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders. You are fluent in English and preferably speak Norwegian or Swedish. You are an AI enthusiast with the ability to grasp AI concepts and assess their potential impact across people, products, and business. You are curious, solution-oriented, and self-driven, while also being a true team player with excellent collaboration skills.
