Data Analyst - CMDB

Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience5–10 years of experience in Data Analysis, CMDB, or ITSM domainsHands-on experience with ITSM platforms, CMDB tools, automated discovery, and digital workplace solutionsFamiliarity with ingestion processes and integration workflowsStrong SQL skills and experience in data transformation and reconciliationProficiency in BI and visualization tools (e.g., Helix Dashboards, Power BI)Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insightsUnderstanding of infrastructure components such as networks, servers, and applicationsKnowledge of ITIL v4 practices, especially Configuration, Change, Incident, and Problem ManagementStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business outcomesAdaptable, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset
