Thank you for your kind understanding.-------------------------------------------------■Key Responsibilities・This position will lead the way in identifying issues in business areas such as marketing and sales through data analysis, and in growing the business and improving customer experience.・You will not only analyze existing data, but also define new data sources necessary to solve business issues, and plan and promote their collection and utilization.・You will work closely with each business division to support strategic decision-making based on data, leading the company's data-driven culture.New Data Planning And Acquisition Promotion・Define new data, plan and develop collection strategies, and promote data acquisition projects in collaboration with related departments.Customer Data Analysis・Verifying the effectiveness of measures and formulating CRM strategies based on the analysis resultsReporting And Visualization・Design and build dashboards using BI tools, and provide reporting and suggestions to management and business departments.Utilizing And Improving The Analysis Platform・Define requirements for data marts and participate in activities to improve data quality【Required Experience And Skills】・Work experience in data analysis at a business company or consulting firm (3 years or more)・Work experience in extracting, aggregating, and processing data from databases using SQL・Experience in data handling and statistical analysis using Python or R・Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker (Google Cloud), and Power BI・Basic knowledge of statistical analysis (descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, etc.)・Ability to break down business issues into data analysis requirements and define the necessary data・Ability to extract business issues and implications from data analysis results and explain and propose them logically・Strong communication skills to smoothly collaborate with related departments and drive projects forward・Ability to emphasize an objective, information-based approach, communicate, communicate with others, and encourage action■IndustryConsumer Goods / Cosmetics■SalaryJPY 6,000,000 - JPY 11,000,000■BonusYES / Available■JOB ID: VAC-281259*If you are interested in this exciting position, we look forward to your application.
