Data Analyst - SQL

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong SQL skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decisions.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data-related issues.Document processes, queries, and data models for transparency and reproducibility.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, etc.).Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Python or R for data analysis.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.Understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling.
