The Data Analyst is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive innovation. This role involves mining, generating, and visualizing data to produce goal-oriented reports and analytics solutions.Duties And FunctionsDevelop, implement, and maintain advanced analytics systems. (Daily) Identify trends and opportunities for growth through complex data analysis. (Weekly) Create best-practice reports using data mining, analysis, and visualization. (Weekly) Evaluate internal and external systems for efficiency and accuracy. (Monthly) Maintain protocols for data handling, processing, and cleaning. (Ongoing) Collaborate with managers and users to gather requirements and provide updates. (Weekly) Deliver actionable insights based on critical metrics and KPIs. (Weekly) Build interactive visualizations from multiple data sources. (Weekly) Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic. (Monthly) Develop and maintain databases and scalable data scripts. (Ongoing)Education And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics (or equivalent)Preferred RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets Familiarity with Excel, Microsoft Fabric, Salesforce Experience with cloud platforms and Python Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practicesKnowledge/Skills/Abilities (ksa)Knowledge: Data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, business intelligence tools Skill: SQL querying, Power BI dashboard creation, data visualization, problem-solving Ability: Communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders, collaborate in team environments, adapt to evolving data needsWORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONIndoor office setting Standard lighting and temperature-controlled environment Remote and hybrid work options may be availablePHYSICAL DEMANDSAbility to sit for extended periods Manual dexterity for computer use Visual acuity for screen-based work Must be able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodationLoyal Source is an Orlando-based workforce solutions provider dedicated to delivering elite services worldwide.
