You will support a Population Health Management initiative by designing, developing, and maintaining databases, dashboards, and analytics that inform critical healthcare decisions. The position involves working with large datasets from claims, medical records, and electronic health records to generate actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to continuous improvement of data processes. This role combines technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and client-facing communication to make a tangible impact on population health.
