We are looking for a hands-on data analytics specialist to take the lead in developing a data-driven audit approach and establishing sustainable analytical capabilities within the audit department.Responsibilities:Lead the integration of data analytics into audit processes and frameworks.Coach auditors in applying data analysis to identify risks and opportunities.Design and implement tools, pipelines, templates, and scripts to standardize analytics.Execute pilot cases and visualize findings through dashboards and reports.Advise on embedding data analysis within audit planning and reporting.Transfer knowledge to ensure continuity and long-term capability development.What We’re Looking For:10+ years of experience in data analysis within audit, risk, or compliance environments.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Proven project management capabilities.Hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, R, scripting, and data visualization tools.Experience coaching and training professionals in data-driven techniques.Fluent in Dutch (required).We aim to respond to all applications promptly.
