As a Technical Digital Analyst in our Analytics Platform Team, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across Eneco's business and product teams. We're looking for someone who can proactively support and build on our Digital Analytics foundational infrastructure. You will work closely with stakeholders (e.g. Data Analysts, Product Analysts, Media Specialists, and Product Managers) to deploy, maintain, and optimize analytics solutions (GA4, GTM, GBQ) that support Eneco’s digital transformation. You Will Be Responsible For Monitoring, supporting, and maintaining the Digital Analytics foundational infrastructure for Eneco and Oxxio (and other brands on occasion). Ensuring operational GA4 (configuring, training and supporting colleagues, monitoring) is up to date and running smoothly. Ensuring operational GTM (client-side and server-side) deployment, optimization, review of workspaces, and tag management is working correctly. Supporting product and business teams by identifying necessary measurements, reviewing measurement plans, and proposing measurement solutions for our apps, websites and chatbots. Improving Digital Analytics end-to-end infrastructure. Is This You? Must Have: Strong understanding of digital analytics concepts, (web/app) tracking, and methodologies Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Proficient in (server-side) GTM, GA4, Firebase, and user feedback and experimentation tools (e.g., GrowthBook, Optimizely, GetFeedback, Hotjar) Proficient in writing custom JavaScript (for tagging) and SQL (for querying and analysis) Experience working with online marketing and advertising pixels (e.g., Google Ads, Affiliates) Strong understanding of privacy-related topics (e.g., GDPR, Telecommunicatiewet, Consent Mode) Passionate about knowledge sharing (e.g., documentation, training colleagues, workshops) Basic statistics knowledge for hypothesis testing Nice to Have: Knowledge of data modeling using dbt and Snowflake DWH Good understanding of data visualization (e.g., Power BI and Google Looker Studio) Familiarity with Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders Dutch language skills are a plus This is Where You Will Work You will be working collaboratively with other Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists within the Analytics Platform Team. The team is responsible for maintaining and onboarding all digital analytics and experimentation-related tools. Each specialist focuses on their specific area of specialization to enable value streams to reach their objectives without worrying about the foundational tech infrastructure. For Digital Analytics, you will not be working alone; instead, you can grow and learn alongside the Senior Digital Analyst.
