Today we number more than 1,300 people with Clubs all over the UK and Europe with plans for global expansion in the next couple of years.Join us - and help us fulfil our mission to close the world's digital skills gap.We are looking for a Data Analyst to work in our Leeds office twice per week.What You'll Bring To The TableStrong understanding of business reporting processes and experience in delivering reporting solutions that drive customer, colleague, and commercial valueAbility to capture and translate business data requirements into clear specifications for reporting and analysisProficiency in data wrangling techniques to clean, transform, and prepare data for reporting and reconciliationExperience transitioning reporting from legacy platforms to cloud environments, ideally GCPFamiliarity with reconciliation testing to validate data accuracy and consistency across systems and reportsAbility to analyse business tools and data flows to document data dictionaries and lineageUnderstanding of modern data strategy, including the importance of data quality, governance, and accessibilityStrong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, using data storytelling to highlight the value of reporting and insightsWhy join AND Digital?We have three values: wonder, share, and delight.
