Special Notes The local package will be applied for this position (Manager level) Work location for this position: Factory in Ayutthaya, ThailandWe are looking to fill our Data Analyst and Process Optimization Lead for Global Costing Department in our shoe production factory in Ayutthaya, Thailand. Job SummaryData Analyst and Process Optimization Lead is responsible for leading initiatives that optimize product costing processes and enhance operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data analysis reports and dashboards approved by the Product Costing & Operational Excellent Director to drive continuous improvement throughout the entire product costing process. The Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that process enhancements align with organization goals and objectives.Additionally, this role involves supervising the integrity of master data, updating costing principles in line with group requirements and business needs, and serving as a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) super user.The Process Optimization & Data Analyst Lead role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support the full range of costing business analysis.Key Responsibilities IncludeLead Process Improvement Initiatives Manage and oversee the implementation of process improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze process, gather information from stakeholders and identify opportunity for process optimization. Analyze data and generate comprehensive reports and dashboard to support decision-making.Master Data Management and Costing Principles Update Supervise the integrity of master data. Update costing principles in alignment with group requirements and business needs. Serve as a super user for the PLM system.Continuous Improvement and Stakeholder Collaboration Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices, training team members, and implementing feedback loops. Work closely with internal stakeholders to align process improvements with business objectives and ensure seamless integration of changes. Documentation, Compliance, and Conduct Ad Hoc Evaluations Maintain accurate documentation of processes, changes, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with group requirements.
