Memorial Healthcare Group values your trust in the field of medical services, offering the expertise and the know-how of its specialize healthcare professionals, highly engaged staff, patient-oriented service, quality policy, diagnosis-treatment units equipped with cutting-edge technology, modern settings and comfortable patient rooms.Established in 2000, Memorial has currently been providing services in Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, Kayseri and Diyarbakır with over 8000 employees, and also started providing services in Bucharest, Romania.We are looking for a Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Data Management and Business İntelligence Department at the Head Office.If you’re a professional who enjoys data-driven decision-making and possesses both strong technical and analytical skills, we are looking for you!Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, or Industrial Engineering from a Faculty of Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.Proficient in Data Warehousing, ETL processes, SQL/MSSQL, and Business Intelligence tools (preferably MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Experienced in data warehouse architecture and logical/physical data modeling.Ability to perform data analysis using Python, R, or similar languages (optional).Strong awareness of data accuracy, consistency, and quality.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and contribute to decision support processes.Advanced proficiency in data modeling, data warehousing structures, and SQL querying.Well-developed skills in business analysis, data visualization, and insight generation.Team player with strong analytical thinking, follow-up ability, and planning skills.Job Description:Analyze needs from business units, prepare requirement documents, and design technical solutions.Develop Decision Support Systems (reports, dashboards, algorithms, analytics solutions, etc.) tailored to business needs.Perform SQL query and query performance optimizations effectively.Monitor global trends in business intelligence, research new technologies, and ensure their adaptation into systems.Develop analytical solutions to generate insights from data and make recommendations.Identify data quality issues and propose solutions.Prepare and update technical documentation for all Business Intelligence components.Ensure the Data Dictionary is created and updated.
