The successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming complex data from multiple sources into actionable insights through sophisticated dashboard development and automation solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate diverse data platforms, ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation processes, and deliver high-impact visualizations that drive critical business decisions. Working in a collaborative environment, you will partner with technical teams and stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level analytics solutions that support operational excellence and strategic planning initiatives.Job ResponsibilitiesValidate data across multiple platforms, troubleshoot data quality issues, and coordinate with support teams to resolve discrepanciesDesign, develop, and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports using advanced visualization techniquesBuild and implement automation solutions to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiencyPerform data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity across all data sourcesDesign, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processesCollaborate with senior management, technical teams, and stakeholders to determine data requirements and implementation approachesTest programs and databases, identify and correct errors, and make necessary modificationsWrite and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers to management systemsModify existing databases and database management systems as neededEnsure on-time delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards and SLA complianceRespond promptly to change orders and issue resolution requestsTransform validated data into meaningful visualizations for target audiencesRequirements10+ years of applicable experience in data analysis and business intelligence8+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, including dashboard design, DAX, and performance optimization8+ years of experience with data validation and ETL processes across multiple platforms5+ years of experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation and app buildingBachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related fieldPower BI dashboard development and maintenance with expertise in DAX and performance optimizationData validation and ETL processes with multi-platform data integration capabilitiesPower Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation and application buildingDatabase technologies and database management systemsAt least one scripting languageStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across technical teams and adapt to changing systemsStrong understanding of data manipulation, storage, and analysis strategiesDemonstrated history of success in data-driven decision-making environmentsAdditional DetailsLocation: Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 3 days/week Onsite)Duration: 7 MonthsPay Range: $74.50 - $84.50 per hourWeekly Schedule: 40 hours AGS is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer (M/F/Disability/Veterans).
