Data Analyst

Role Description: The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making and operational efficiency. This role involves working with large datasets, building reports, and transforming raw information into actionable insights. Key responsibilities include performing data cleaning and validation, developing dashboards, conducting trend analysis, and supporting cross-functional teams with data-driven recommendations.The Data Analyst collaborates closely with business, product, finance, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Tasks may include preparing weekly and monthly performance reports, monitoring key metrics, identifying anomalies, and assisting in the development of forecasting or predictive models. The role also contributes to process optimization by identifying patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working with numbers, and making sense of complex information. The role offers exposure to business strategy and provides a solid foundation for future growth in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and communicate insights clearly.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is an advantage.Ability to clean, validate, and organize large datasets efficiently.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to prepare reports, dashboards, and visual presentations of data findings.Good communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.Understanding of statistical methods or basic modeling concepts is a plus.Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
