Your mission is to turn raw data into actionable insights that shape strategic direction, enhance customer experience, and drive performance.If you’re a data pro who loves turning numbers into meaningful action, we’d love to hear from you!As Our Data Analyst, You WillAnalyse data from multiple sources to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks. Design and maintain datasets across customer, product, and transactional information. Identify and resolve anomalies, lifting overall data quality and maturity. Translate insights into clear, engaging stories using dashboards and visualisations (Power BI). Balance quick-turnaround ad hoc analysis with deeper, longer-term projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that bring data to life - from pricing insights to optimised digital marketing campaigns. What You’ll Bring2+ years’ experience in a data analysis role, ideally within a data warehouse/lakehouse setup. SQL expertise (essential), plus strong skills in Python and Excel. Experience with data visualisation (Power BI or similar). Exposure to ETL/Cloud tools (Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL) highly regarded. Insurance/financial services background (advantageous, not essential). Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity for stakeholders. A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to juggle short-term requests and long-term initiatives.
