We are looking for a Data Analyst at Flip. You will be responsible for managing data discovery and insights generation for key initiatives. In this role, you will also be expected to collaborate with Data Engineers to improve and enrich existing state of data to meet current as well as possible future use cases.About FlipRafi, Luqman, and Anjar, who were college friends in Universitas Indonesia, started Flip as a project in 2015 to transfer payments to each other at a fraction of what banks would charge them. Fair treatment for employees means we establish clear goals, facilitate our employees to achieve them, and value their contribution to the company with equitable benefits.What You'll DoPartner with product managers, marketers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to analyze user behavior and marketing performanceDesign and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to drive product and growth improvementsBuild dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and uncover trends.Use forecasting models to help predict user growth, revenue, or campaign performance.Communicate findings clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.Collaborate closely with data engineering and other analysts to improve data infrastructure and tooling.What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in an analytics role, ideally in a product or marketing analytics environment.Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) [GCP preferred]Has working experience working with python/R for data analysis and modelingExperience with experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing, holdout tests).Familiarity with forecasting techniques (e.g., time series models, regression).Comfortable with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and storytelling with dataExperience with tools like dbt or Amplitude/MoEngage is a big plusYou’ll Thrive Here If YouAre intellectually curious and love getting to the "why" behind the numbersEnjoy leveraging technology and collaborating across teamsCan balance speed and rigor when delivering insightsHave a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
