In this position, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across various departments to identify opportunities for cost reduction, improve clinical outcomes, and streamline operational processes. Your primary responsibility will be to interpret complex data from multiple sources, including healthcare providers, members, and third-party vendors, transforming raw information into actionable insights. You will support large-scale projects, perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities, and contribute to process improvements through automation and innovative solutions.
