Data Analyst

Data Analyst We’re looking for a Data or BI Analyst who can blend technical expertise with a strong product mindset. Your core mission will be to build and evolve dashboards, help teams answer their own questions through self-serve data, and design clear, scalable solutions based on real internal needs. If you love understanding how things work behind the scenes, solving data problems end-to-end, and translating complexity into simple insights, this role is for you.What you’ll doPartner with different teams to understand their data problems and turn them into clear, actionable solutions.Dive into our databases, understand how our product and flows work, and identify what’s really happening behind the scenes.Build dashboards that empower teams to answer their own questions without needing constant support.Own the full lifecycle of dashboards: creation, evolution, improvements, maintenance.Work closely with internal stakeholders to design data solutions that are intuitive, usable, and scalable.Translate technical insights into simple, business-friendly language.What you bringMust-havesSolid SQL knowledge.Experience working with BI tools (R, Power BI, Looker).Advanced Excel skills.+2 years of experience in analytical rolesEnglish proficiency.Python knowledge (nice to have).Professional English Soft skillsSolution-oriented mindset.Proactive and hands-on.Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable with change.Curiosity to explore and understand how things work.Strong communication skills , ability to “read” what’s going on and articulate it simply.Autonomy, able to push projects end-to-end.
