One of our staffing partners is hiring for its Financial client a data analyst support business operations through analytics, reporting.Experience of 2-3 years Industry experience minimum. Not looking for senior programmers due to low paySalary offered $60-65k per yearDirect applicants only no c2c or company candidates due to low margins. The staffing company or client will reach directly to the qualified applicants.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards using PowerbiWork with structured and unstructured datasets for comprehensive analysisWrite complex SQL queries for data extraction and performance tuningCollaborate with data engineers to enhance data infrastructure and improve accessibilityMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insightsAutomate reporting processes using Python, R, or other scripting toolsStrong experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau)Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulationAbility to optimize database performance for efficient queryingUnderstanding of Python or R for data analytics and automationExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience with Spark, Hadoop, or other big data technologies
