ING Hubs Poland is hiring!We Are Looking For You, If You Haveminimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field,proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Cognos),knowledge of data reporting and statistics,experience with data modelling and dashboard creation,familiarity with data quality checks and ensuring data integrity,ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions,strong communication and stakeholder management skills,openness to feedback and willingness to learn.You'll Get Extra Points Forexperience in ESG-related data analysis or sustainability projects,background in developing scalable design systems,knowledge of advanced analytics or machine learning techniques,previous work in financial services or banking environments.Your Responsibilitiesanalyse ESG-related data to provide insights and support decision-making,develop and maintain data models and dashboards to track key metrics,collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to integrate data solutions.conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity,identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and validate ideas through discovery workshops,apply data and analytics to drive continuous improvement,document data processes and findings,enhance the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.Information About The SquadYou will join the ESG Product Area within ING’s Wholesale Banking Sustainability Tribe.
