The tool should enable users to simulate workforce changes, forecast staffing needs, and evaluate cost implications under various scenarios.The tool will need to be able to:Model current workforce structure and dynamicsSimulate future workforce scenarios (e.g., growth, attrition, hiring)Analyze cost, productivity, and skill gapsProvide intuitive dashboards and exportable reportsScope of Work to include:a. Core FeaturesData Input Module: Upload/import workforce data (CSV, Excel, API) 2. Modeling Engine: 2.2. Define roles, departments, and skill sets 2.3. Apply attrition, hiring, promotion, and retirement rules 2.4. Time-based simulation (monthly/quarterly/yearly) 3. Scenario Builder: 3.1. Create and compare multiple workforce scenarios 3.2. Adjust parameters (e.g., hiring rate, budget constraints) 4. Analytics & Reporting: 4.1. Visual dashboards (headcount, cost, skill distribution) 4.2. Exportable reports (PDF, Excel) 5.
