About the RoleWe are seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Senior Data Analyst / Data Engineer to support the Operations Director at Analog Devices (ADI). This role blends strong technical expertise with accountability, structured communication, and an ownership-driven mindset.The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, manage ambiguity, and consistently deliver complete, accurate, and production-ready outputs. You will manage and transform operational data, maintain dashboards, automate workflows, ensure high data integrity, and provide visibility for leadership decision-making.Key Responsibilities1. Data Engineering & AutomationBuild, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines integrating data from multiple internal sources.Develop automated workflows (Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Python/SQL scripts) to monitor updates, send alerts, and ensure data freshness.Validate and reconcile datasets to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and traceability.Implement version control processes for datasets, pipelines, and dashboards.2. Data Analysis & ReportingCreate, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards aligned with business requirements.Clearly document and communicate differences in data (new, modified, deleted records).Perform root-cause analysis for data quality issues and operational discrepancies.Prepare structured, well-formatted reports for senior leadership.3. Database ManagementWork with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) to extract, transform, and model data.Design and maintain logical and scalable data models.Implement data validation routines, audit logs, and quality assurance checks.4. Operational Support & CollaborationPartner closely with the Operations team to understand KPIs, reporting needs, and business context.Maintain proactive communication, keeping stakeholders informed of status, risks, and blockers.Participate in syncs with project managers, analysts, and technical leads.Deliver complete, production-ready outputs — no drafts or partial deliverables.5. Project Ownership & DeliveryTake full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality outputs.Work independently to solve problems, remove obstacles, and drive tasks to completion.Maintain clear documentation for processes, queries, logic flows, and dashboards.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, or similar roles.Advanced SQL skills and strong knowledge of relational database design.Solid experience with Power BI (DAX, modeling, visualization).Hands-on experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Azure Automation, Python scripts, cron jobs).Familiarity with ETL tools, integration patterns, and version control (Git).Experience building dashboards and reports for non-technical stakeholders.Strong understanding of operational KPIs and data integrity concepts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proven track record of delivering complete and accurate work with minimal follow-up.Mandatory: Ability to work with substantial overlap in US time zones.Proactive communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in multinational or nearshore delivery environments.Background in manufacturing, semiconductors, logistics, or enterprise operations.Python, R, or similar scripting languages (major advantage for data engineering).Experience with Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake.Strong documentation habits and clear, structured communication.
