PE Global is recruiting for a Data Analyst on behalf of our global technology client in Dublin. This is an initial 11-month contract, remote role.Eligible candidates must have either/both of the below Workday Certifications:- Workday Pro Financial Reporting Services Certification- Workday Pro Prism Analytics Services CertificationAbout the Role:The Data Analyst will be focused on reporting with a passion for learning, helping business partners, report design and data analysis. This role will work first hand with the Accounting organization to enhance their processes with Automation and Data Science to achieve their goal of a Zero Day Close. The ideal candidate brings a thorough understanding of data modeling, reporting frameworks and has the ability to drive processes improvement strategies, and solution with the extensibility of reporting tools. Good communication skills (written and verbal) and an ability to partner with our business counterparts to help influence reporting are a must.Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal partners to: identify, define, and clarify business requirements; translating needs into efficient reports and configurations that conform to standard methodologies and provide data driven insights.Utilize datasets and other applications to investigate key business trends, performance, issues, behaviors, and metrics.Build organization-wide relationships to move initiatives forward and position ideas to enhance the likelihood of success.Develop technical expertise in various technologies, including but not limited to, the reporting and analytics framework and security framework.Demonstrate business knowledge and expertise to uncover process gaps and work multi-functionally to formulate plans to improve support models.Participate in the organizational change and launch support processes.Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, domain specialists and end-user representatives.Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met.
