Data Analyst

3 days onsite and 2 days remote.Contract to hire position. Pay rate is $40 to $50 per hour, and 90k to 100k for full-time.This role focuses on developing clear, insightful data solutions while supporting reporting needs and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all datasets. It combines technical expertise with analytical problem-solving to deliver meaningful insights for the business.Responsibilities:Design, refine, and evolve interactive Power BI dashboards that deliver clear insights and align closely with organizational objectives.Produce and share analytical reports, visual summaries, and dashboard updates with consistent accuracy and prompt turnaround times.Perform comprehensive data preparation, including cleaning, verification, and transformation to maintain high standards of data quality and reliability.Technical Skills:Strong command of Power BI, including building intuitive dashboards, writing DAX calculations, and developing robust Power Query transformations.Skilled in SQL for constructing queries and developing data structures; experience with Snowflake is a plus.Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot table creation, and macro automation.Additional Qualifications:Solid background in data analytics, business intelligence, or report development.Hands-on experience using Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.Familiarity with Power BI development workflows and best practices.Knowledge of data modeling techniques and SQL-based environments, especially Snowflake, is highly valued.
