Job Description

The Data Analyst will solve complex problems by using industry-standard and proprietary tools, exploring datasets and consolidating views from regulators, market experts, sales, and top-tier financial institutions. You will engage in the entire client lifecycle, from client onboarding to the development of bespoke solutions for our clients.Key responsibilities: Client Implementation - Analyse clients' data and collaborate with developers to build custom solutions for clients ranging from top-tier banks to investment firms in various locations Data-Driven Decision Making - Investigate various data sets using a range of tools to make data-driven decisions Client Engagement - Offer product demonstrations, lead client onboardings and manage errors to ensure a seamless service delivery Quality Assurance - Ensure the usability, quality and delivery of features and the product as a whole Continuous Improvement - Analyse and understand the needs and priorities of clients to build a better product RequirementsCandidate Requirements: University degree in Finance, Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics or any other related field Experience in Data Analytics, Data Science or Business Intelligence Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience Knowledge of SQL Knowledge of a programming language will be considered an advantage (Python, JavaScript) Experience in the Financial Services industry or knowledge of Financial Instruments and Markets will be considered an advantage Knowledge of trade and transaction reporting (EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR etc.) will be considered a bonus Candidate Profile: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Desire to implement continuous improvement and innovation Attention to detail Positive – Has a positive attitude, optimistic Confident – Has self-confidence that instills sureness in the prospect/client Proactive – Takes time to prepare, takes responsibility and acts Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Team player – actively contributes and supports the team to achieve a common goal Benefits Competitive remuneration package Medical Insurance Provident Fund upon successful completion of the probation period Flexible work schedule - Work from home policy 22 days of annual leave Professional Development: In-house and external training Workplace perks
