Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will collect, organize, and analyze data across the business environment to generate actionable insights that support informed decision-making. You will collaborate with team members and leadership to drive data-driven strategies and ensure decisions are based on accurate and meaningful analysis.What You’ll Do:Conduct interviews and observation sessions with stakeholders to capture business requirements.Translate requirements into structured documentation: business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Map current-state processes related to learner enrolment, course access, assessment workflows, and reporting.Design improved processes that improve the learner journey and reduce inefficiencies.Cleanse and validate datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Develop recurring reports and dashboards that track key learning metrics (completion rates, time spent on modules, assessment scores, churn/drop-off points).Automate recurring reports where possible, reducing manual effort.Use visualization tools (Excel, Power BI) to highlight patterns and trends.Identify correlations and anomalies in learning data (e.g., high dropout rates in specific modules, improved performance after certain interventions).What You Bring:Prior experience in Data/Business AnalysisExposure to data analysis and data management systems and technologies Knowledge of Data Visualisation and Data StorytellingExcel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI (nice to have)Very good communication skills and attention to detailWhat we offer:A great work environment built by amazing people, working with high-level technologies & products;Being part of a company that values you at your highest professional and personal attributes;Being valued within important events throughout the year - we offer a diverse benefit pack including special events gifts, a free paid day for your birthday, Christmas & Easter vouchers;Enjoying a competitive salary, meal vouchers, as well as a top medical subscription;Sport subscription;Career development opportunities.
