This internship supports data management within Treasury ALM, focusing on data quality and regulatory compliance. You’ll gain insight into how the bank operates, work with ALM systems and models, and assist in implementing guidelines and tools related to data definitions and quality. It’s a hands-on learning opportunity involving Excel, SQL, and stakeholder collaboration: ideal for someone eager to explore AI tools and system migrations in a supportive environment.Your team will guide you through the agile way of working that is the core of our business as usual here at the CFO ALM Data chapter. You will learn to use the scrum framework and make your day-to-day work more efficient. By working in a multidisciplinary team, you will explore different roles and responsibilities from up close. As a Data Analyst working on Data Management, you are one of the primary contacts for the stakeholders of your squad. You guide data consumers through the squad’s technical, and process setting, validate new requirements of the business stakeholders and support the (IT-) implementation of new initiatives. You may also help to identify potential areas of automation and support or advise on the improvement of the underlying business process.Examples of projects/tasksMonitor Data Quality results and investigate any underlying impediments practicing your SQL skills in the respective database Ensure continuous compliance with BCBS239 and implement data management (including lineage, DQ monitoring, business rules documentation, data delivery agreements) Ensure documentation and definitions are suitable for internal and external use.
