Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst with excellent Excel and reporting skills on a 6-month contract. This role has been signed off by the business and requires someone who can start immediately.Data Analyst - Warsaw, Poland 🇵🇱 Contract: B2B 6 months Start: ASAP Rate: 100 PLN/h Location: Warsaw (minimum 2 days on-site per week)Key Requirements:Advanced Excel expertise – including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas.Strong reporting and dashboard creation skills.Data management experience across multiple projects or portfolios.Understanding of Portfolio & Project Management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, PMO best practices).Familiarity with project management tools such as Clarity PPM, MS Project, or equivalent.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to interact with senior management and transformation leads.Ability to work under pressure, delivering accurate insights within tight deadlines.A mindset for continuous improvement – challenge conventional approaches and drive simplification.Independent and proactive, with the ability to collaborate within a small, fast-paced team.Proficiency in English is essential.What We Offer:Work with a leading global financial institution.Dynamic environment with exposure to senior stakeholders.Opportunity to deliver real business impact through data-driven insights.
