As a Senior Data Analyst, you will analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. You will design and implement data models and dashboards to support various business units, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and optimize collection processes. You will ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and cleaning techniques.In addition to your daily tasks, you will lead projects such as integrating new data sources into the analytical platform, conducting ad-hoc analyses to support product launches or marketing campaigns, and participating in the development of predictive models to anticipate business trends. This position will deepen your expertise in advanced data analysis and predictive modeling, enhance your skills in data visualization and storytelling, and allow you to work with cutting-edge big data technologies. You will also develop your ability to influence business strategy through data-driven insights and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.About You### Desired Profile and SkillsYou have at least five years of experience in data analysis or a similar field, with a strong background in data-driven decision-making. Your technical skills include advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data, experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, a good understanding of statistical techniques and data modeling, proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms.On the behavioral skills front, you are a proactive communicator capable of clearly presenting complex insights to diverse audiences. You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
