Position: Data AnalystCompany: SqillineLocation: PolandJob type: Full-timeDepartment: Healthcare Data & Analytics SolutionsThe Data Analyst will have responsibility for managing the master data sets in Danny Platform, reviewing and interpreting health data, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. Responsibilities: General responsibilities include exploratory data analyses, identifying patterns/trends of clinical data and creating analytics reports to provide all stakeholders with valuable insights into real-world evidence of healthcare.Other key responsibilities of the Data Analyst are:Perform exploratory data analyses and identify patterns/trends to gain a better understanding of clinical dataDocument and present findings on data analyses and resultsBuild data/analytics tools with the software development team for productionProvide quality assurance of imported dataHelp develop reports and analysesManage and design the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadataSupport the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirementsSupport initiatives for data integrity and normalizationGenerate reports from single or multiple systemsCreate visualizations of dataProvide technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansingAnalyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendationsIdeal Profile:Strong experience with Python (2+ years must) and standard libraries (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, sklearn, experience with regex considered a strong advantage).Strong experience with SQL.Familiarity with git workflows.Data profiling and exploratory data analysis (EDA)Benefits Package:Smartphone/Laptop - Provided for work purposesAdditional private health insurance active in the permanent contractSport card💡 Why Join Us?You’ll be part of a fast-growing team shaping the future of healthcare in Europe.
